1. ORGANIZER: The giveaway is organized by Tampa Mall, located at 5400 E Busch Blvd, Tampa.

2. DATE AND TIME: The giveaway will take place on December 22, 2023, at 2 PM at Tampa Mall.

3. PARTICIPATION:

3.1. Participation is free and open to individuals 18 years or older.

3.2. To enter, participants must:
• Register on the ofcial Tampa Mall website to receive an exclusive QR code for entry.
• Present the QR code on the day of the giveaway to validate participation.
• Be present at Tampa Mall on December 22 at 2 PM for the giveaway.

4. VALIDATION OF PARTICIPATION:

4.1. Only participants who register on the website and present the QR code will be eligible to participate in the giveaway.

4.2. Participants must be present at the time of the giveaway, or have someone they trust present with the QR code to claim the prize.

5. PRIZES:

5.1. A total of $2,500 in shopping vouchers will be given away, with prizes ranging from $10 to $100.

5.2. The shopping vouchers can only be used at participating stores at Tampa Mall. A complete list of participating stores will be available at the information desk and on the Tampa Mall website.

5.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

6. GIVEAWAY:

6.1. The giveaway will be conducted in person, using an electronic system that validates the QR codes of the participants.

6.2. If a winner is not present or represented by someone with the QR code, a new drawing will be held to award the prize to another participant.

7. GENERAL TERMS:

7.1. Participants authorize the use of their image and name for promotional purposes related to the event and its results, without any compensation to Tampa Mall.

7.2. The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary and will inform participants of any changes in advance.

7.3. Employees of Tampa Mall, retailers, and their families are not eligible to participate.

8. REDEMPTION OF PRIZES:

8.1. The vouchers must be used within the specied time frame given at the time of award.

8.2. It is the winner’s responsibility to check the terms of use for the vouchers at participating stores.
